On September 15th at 7:00pm for 15 minutes, 1010data will perform maintenance that requires system downtime. During this period, the system will be unavailable intermittently – users will be unable to log in and scheduled report runs will be delayed.

On May 19th 2022, Version 18 of the Insights Platform was released, with with a faster experience, easier SQL table management, and user interface updates. Learn more with Version 18 Release Notes

V18 – Upgrade
£ currency formatting and UK time zone scheduling are now available in the 1010data platform.
£ Currency
- In Trillion Row Spreadsheet (TRS) format computed column currency using £
- Create a computed column in TRS during query creation
- Toggle on “More Options”
- In the “Display Format” dropdown, select £ formatting
- Add or remove decimal places using the “Decimal Places” dropdown
UK Time Zone
- London time zone scheduling in Scheduler
- Open Scheduler (Admin > Scheduler)
- Select an Existing Scheduled Job or create a new one
- In the right-hand pane, select the “clock” icon at top right
- In the “Timezone” dropdown, zones are arranged by country, alphabetically
- Scroll to United Kingdom and select appropriate time zone city (such as “London”)

*NEW* Excel Session Import
To use the new Excel Session Import, please navigate to the Rite Aid folder and choose Excel Session Login at the bottom of the list (see below).
This will open up a new tab and you can click “Copy Session for Excel” just like before.

Please choose Cancel when you get a pop-up prompt asking you to Leave Site.
