Contacting Customer Support
To contact our support team, please create a ticket using any of these methods:
1. (Preferred) From the Launcher, select Support > Contact Customer Support
2. (Preferred) From the Insights Platform, select Help > Support > Contact Customer Support
3. Send an Email to support@1010data.com
* When sending an email, please specify either “Family Dollar” or “Dollar Tree” in the subject so that your ticket is routed to the appropriate support team

1010 Saved Report Manager/Scheduler
The Saved Report Manager and Scheduler are now available from the new User Interface, simply click on the Tools dropdown menu to access it!

Circular Effectiveness Enhancement: SKU Description & Naming Convention Update
Circular Effectiveness analyzes Family Dollar Circulars. To improve the formatting of the report, we have updated the location of the SKU Desc column to now be next to the SKU column.
We have also updated the naming convention and column location of two metrics within the Circular Effectiveness Report:
● Actual Baseline Units –> Actual Baseline Comp Units
● Actual Baseline Dollars –> Actual Baseline Comp Dollars
