Dear Family Dollar Insights Platform Users,
On June 7th 2022, the Family Dollar Portal was updated with an enhanced Vendor Scorecard, Multi-Vendor Scorecard, and new OTIF Performance Report.
Users can access the reports through the Custom App folder on the Family Dollar Launcher (Start New > Custom App). Links to usage guides are below:

On September 15th at 7:00pm for 15 minutes, 1010data will perform maintenance that requires system downtime. During this period, the system will be unavailable intermittently – users will be unable to log in and scheduled report runs will be delayed.
Tools are now available from within the new User Interface. Simply click the “Tools” dropdown to access the Custom Table Manager!
