Store table updates

The Store Master table has been updated as part of a routine maintenance procedure to include recent updates that Dollar General has made to stores. Updates include changes to store formats that reflect remodels and improved coverage of several columns, including store type and hours open. MADRiD Data Retention

As part of our routine maintenance please note that as of January 30, 2021, we will only retain 2.5 years of data on the system.  The data retained will go back to WM Week 201826. This will affect all subject areas. You will not have to manually update your reports unless you have specific date filters that relate to the date range that has been purged. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Fully Loaded Margin Metrics

On Wednesday, January 13, 1010data released the following enhancements to the Fully Loaded Margin metrics in Sprouts Guided Ad Hoc:

New Metrics:

•        Adjustments – Opening Promo 

•        Adjustments – Product Cost

•        Adjustment – Shrink BTP

•        Adjustments – Shrink

•        Adjustments – Rebates

•        Adjustments – Net Sales

•        COGS – Product COGS

•        Opening Promo

•        Forecasted Opening Promo

•        Forecasted Finished Margin

•        Forecasted Rebates

•        Forecasted COGS

•        Forecasted Shrink

•        Product Margin

•        Product Margin %

•        Finished Margin %

Updated Metrics:

•        Total Billback is renamed to Rebates – Scan BB 

•        COGS – Shrink

Fifteen (15) metrics developed using Sage data will no longer be available in GAH. They will be supported in existing saved reports under their old labels followed by an (OLD) suffix.
