1010DATA Announcements

UPDATE: The scheduled maintenance has been successfully completed and users can login into the platform. At this time you can re-start data transfers, run scheduled reports and access the platform. If you have any questions, please contact 1010data at support@1010data.com.

1010data will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, February 26th from 11:00 AM EST until approximately 11:00 PM EST.  This maintenance period will be used to upgrade a key component of our cloud environment. 

How does this impact me? 

During this time the 1010data platform will not be available for any user access, data transfers, and scheduled reports will not be run or sent to recipients.   

What should I do to prepare for the maintenance? 

Suspend any data transfers that would normally begin after 10:30 AM EST.  

When will 1010data’s services be available again? 

We recommend re-scheduling reports or resuming data transfers after 11:59 PM EST. This buffer will allow us to ensure the maintenance is complete.

Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of each month from 9PM – 1AM Eastern Standard Time, 1010data will be performing routine maintenance on the Azure environment. 

The first monthly maintenance window will occur Wednesday August 4^th starting at 9PM EST and ending at 1AM August 5^th. During this window you will not be able to log in and any active sessions will be ended.
